"Quick quick, pass me the string. I need it now!" Today at Enrich we had another technology challenge. We had to make a stretcher that could hold four flour and sugar babies. Now, I know you THINK that there is no such thing as that but that is because they are made out of sugar and flour packets.

We had finally finished our design, but it looked really unappealing.

"Oh well Pearl," said Kady, "It's not the end of the world! We can still win if it holds."

Katie had set up an obstacle course on the walkway. It had cones for rocks and chairs set up on the other end of the room as mountains.

We were totally out of shape because we lost it when we were doing the obstacle. For starters we didn't have a strong enough design and secondly when we picked it up of the ground ALL of our handles fell off.
Today I learnt that if you are more interested in what you're doing then you start to communicate more but... If you are not that interested you do less work when your group really needs you to help!

That's all folks!

  1. We found that co-operation was so important when we did similar challenges in our class, didn't we Pearl! It sounds like it was still fun even if it didn't go your way this time.
